Congratulations. You guys made it tothe Florida keys with only a few bumps but many good stories and memories. Crazy bas%&=$s some would say. I hope I can make the next trip with you.
Looking at real time it looks like you’re in Fla. Can’t really tell, it’s right on the border. Hey brother I wish I were with you guys. Let’s plan an Alaska trip. We can leave Marceda and Kathy in Vancouver BC.

We had the pleasure of meeting you guys at the Westin. I envy yalls experience … but it inclines me to put put together such an adventure if i can persuade my boys now 21-23. I always encouraged my boys to seek adventure and with our home place in Asheville NC were in no short supply. I hope your boys realize the value of yalls experience now. My boys appreciate it more now that they are older. Im not so sure they did at the time. I have to go work in the real world so ill check in on yall regularly for your adventure news. Eric and Ruth

I glad we met and I think you are 100% correct, they won’t appreciate it as much until they are a little older… I’ve always loved a good adventure and I’m sure you will get some time to crank up another one like you did in the past, the stories you told us about sailing with your boys! It depends how we feel to be completely honest. It’s been a crazy first few days and we were whooped. We’re holed up in virginia beach right now waiting for hurricane Arthur to pass.
Thanks Kellie! Tell Collin that we are going to run to the Bahamas, then run down to the keys and must likely run back up the Fort Lauderdale, my brother in law Lee (he lives in Lauderdale) was kind enough to fly up to our place and pick up my trailer so we can drive home from FLA. Looks like we should be back on the water tomorrow morning.
Have a wonderful time, be safe, this has got to be one the craziest thing you’ve ever done. Dad & I are watching and praying. You boys sure are making your Guardian Angels work overtime.

All is good Sir… the storm was really weak here… skis in good shape and we will do an equipment check a little later today and get prepared for early departure tomorrow morning.
